Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will submit all dental claims for you. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage.

Estimated co-payments are due at time of service. Prior to your appointment, we will call you and let you know of the estimated co-payment amount.

We preauthorize all major treatment for your benefit. We want to make sure all patients maximize their insurance benefits; therefore we preauthorize all major dental treatment prior to service. No surprises! You will receive a copy of the pre-authorization letter from your insurance about the same time we would receive it. You will know the amount your insurance will pay for your benefit and you will also know the amount of your portion or responsibility.

We accept dual insurances; although this does not guarantee that both insurance plans will always pay for all your services.

When you are referred to a specialist, please double check that the office we refer you to carries your insurance. If not you can always check your list of preferred providers.

We understand that unexpected dental bills can sometimes strain finances. If this happens, talk with us immediately by calling us at 209-221-8838. Ask for Ed. If you help us keep the lines of communication open, we can usually work out acceptable arrangements.
